“Me and my girlfriend had a really good experience from start to finish. The woman working whose name I didn’t catch, was extremely friendly and helpful. Then when the couch we ordered showed up the movers were also super friendly and brought up the couch and installed it for me! I was very surprised because we ordered furniture from Walmart too and they just left the furniture in the middle of our apartment buildings hall and they did not even try to contact us. They just left it there. I would reccomend shopping here for any furniture you might need!”

“I hate that I love Home Goods as much as I do, but that’s just where we’re at in life.
Last week I had the pleasure of introducing Home Goods to my daughter, who thought it was more of a Home Depot type store.
Well, she absolutely lost her mind at the international candies, freaked out over the endless bentos, almost had a stroke at the pillows and blankets.
Honestly, it was a 2 1/2 hour bonding experience with my kiddo.
The store always has such a great variety of items. It’s clean and the employees are very friendly.
The prices are great and can’t be beat. I feel the value for my money is there, unlike some big box stores.
My only issue- they don’t offer a military discount and I say that In a purely selfish manner. The more I save, the more I can spend 😂”

“I had a very bad experience at the Ashley store in Rockford, IL. I was told twice my furniture would be delivered on July 13th. When July 13th came, I had not heard from anybody from the Ashley company, so I called to check on my order. I was told my entire order was coming August 6. I was not on the 13th’s manifest.
I was so upset with their lack of communication and misinformation that I just canceled my entire order.
I drove up from Illinois to Wisconsin, to the JANESVILLE Ashley store. The sales rep I dealt with was Savannah. She was very professional. It’s only because of her kindness that I repurchased my couch, recliner, bed, dresser/mirror and nightstand. Very happy with the service I received.
Also, it had turned out that the Rockford store never ordered my dresser with mirror. I would never shop at the Rockford Ashley store again.”
