“This morning I visited the Janesville, WI store, and based on past experiences, it was with some hesitation. The behavior and manner of past employees has been less than satisfactory. Today, ALL of that changed! Chris and Zack were courteous, professional, knowledgable and very kind and patient with their explanations. Chris found some problems and graciously suggested how they could be fixed-- and went ahead and remedied a couple at his time and expense. Then I needed to go to AutoZone to pick up some coolant (because the cap to the reservoir was off, and they didn't carry the special grade) and they added the coolant for me right away. “Very professional customer service-- I was greeted by friendly staff, my service was done quickly and efficiently, and the best part was the lack of trying to upsell me services I didn't come for! It seems to be a running theme with other oil change places they try to convince you to replace filters and such that are marked up 30%. This was not the case at Jiffy lube so I will definitely be back and definitely recommend to others”
