“I took My Husband to the Clark store where he picked out two pairs of shoes for his birthday. They had a wide variety of shoes to choose from. They had some sales going on. Staff was very friendly and helpful at check out. They recommended some product to help heat the shoes in pristine condition. Overall shop here again in the future.”

I came in to buy a staple wardrobe of professional clothes for a new job and was worried that I would be overwhelmed with all of the possibilities. Sandy and Brenda could not have been more attentive, helpful, and kind during the whole process. They helped me figure out which cut of dress pants worked best for me, encouraged me to check out some different separates after hearing what I was looking for, and even shopped the clearance racks for me for things in my size and along the same vein as what I was going after. They checked in with me periodically in the dressing room and offered to grab different sizes or colors if I needed them. They were so generous with their time and I never felt pressured to pick or buy anything that I didn’t want. It was like having some extra girlfriends along, but ones who knew all of the inventory. ?
I am thrilled with what I was able to find with the help of Sandy and Brenda and also really pleased with how much I could get in my budget with sales and discounts! I am definitely coming back again - thank you so much ladies - you made my day!”
“Nic place, fair prices. Interesting I found a Badger fleece that I bought from Kohl's 5 years ago. Made me wonder about inventory turnover and sourcing. Overall, didn't find anything in men's I liked (less choice compared to women's).”

“I visited this store on September 22, 2025. The best part of my visit was Stuart, an awesome employee! I was torn between two pairs of athletic shoes-one white and one green. He suggested I buy both :) :) Stuart asked why I liked both of them, and I told him that I liked how each felt, but I'm a Hodag from Rhinelander, WI whose colors are green, white, and black. Stuart headed off and quickly found me a pair that combined all the colors and looked great!! Unfortunately, that pair didn't fit quite as well as one of the others, BUT! Stuart went above and beyond the call to find me JUST what I was looking for. Kudos to him, and kudos to this store for hiring such a go-getter and helpful employee!!! BTW, I got the green ones and am happy!”
“Rarely ever do I come across an actual Sketchers store - thought for sure this brand was no more, but Im happy to know that ain't so! Very reliable shoes. Found a pair of work shoes after one of the workers pointed the area out - points for asking what I was looking for upon entering the store, much appreciate - but when I had to ask another staff member for help getting something on high, she gave me quite the attitude about it. Which I can overlook - I've worked retail too, I get it, but you gotta lighten up a little bit. Work is work.”
“During my last visit a few weeks ago, the staff was so helpful in finding me a great pair of shoes for myself! I frequent this Finishline, and every experience is better than the last. The manager is always there to help and works quickly, all while helping other customers in the store. In addition to great service, the store is always clean and organized, it’s good to know hard work is being done and the team cares about us customers!”
