“Lance is an amazing Representative at this particular Store. He deserves a definite raise or promotion for providing the best service. He has patience and goes beyond what is expected of him by his company. He even had a few solutions so that we can view Netflix with ads since out TV doesn't have compatible updates to allow us to view it. We visited the store on Sunday, 2/11/24. Very happy with the associate who actually stuck up for the company as a whole instead of a single person online trying to prove themselves that had no clue what they were doing. “Our experience was excellent. Nate was so patient and helpful as we picked out two new phones for my parents. He showed us the options and explained things to help my parents understand the devices, and got everything transferred to the new phones. He also took a few minutes to put a new liquid screen saver on my phone. The rough part was how he had to deal with multiple people who came in and said they had set up an appointment. Apparently, this door doesn't accept appointments, but the Verizon website sets them anyway. He handled it amazingly well, professionally and factually, but it was a little stressful for us.”
