“Very impressed with Kyle, our salesman. Friendly and knowledgeable. We had gone to a local dealer in our town and had a very bad experience. We were so much happier and satisfied with Grand Appliances and Kyle. We’ll be back!”

“This store is awesome. I first picked up parts here about 15 years ago. Anyone who works on electric musical instruments will likely find this store useful, including as a source for numerous Switchcraft parts. This is the only physical store I know of, that has such a huge array of switches, specialty fasteners/connectors, wire (including by-the-foot), capacitors and resistors, tools and electronic parts in general. The staff is friendly, the store is organized and they've had good prices on what I've needed.”
