He works his ass off and was the only one who steps up to fix issues at the pump, the drink machines, and helps the merchandisers. He informs people in a nice way that the self checkout is gone. He recognizes me when I come in, and that means so much to me because I try to do the same thing everyday at my fast-paced job as well.
