Had an issue with Home Depot.com not sending me my order, but instead only partial of the kit.
I was told since i sent the delivery to my house and not a Home Depot store that the tracking number said its delivered and the only thing that could be done was to send back what i did receive, and then get my refund and reorder the kit to the store and MYABE it would work.
I also explained on the phone that i had marked the batteries with permanent marker already and then was told they wouldnt give a full refund unless i took the marks off.
I also needed everything right away as i run a business that needs the right tools and batteries and i already was waiting over a week for this order…
They at least gave me a $100 gift card to just go buy the blower i needed in store, but the blower is also $200 so i wouod still be out another $100 for something i already bought.
Mind you i had bought this tool already in store and returned it after seeing this online deal for $300 with 2 high output batteries…
I explained my situation to Ralph who then led me to Trevor and Crystal who quickly helped me out and really fixed my situation. Huge huge thank you to them all and now my business wont suffer!”
