“I’m specifically writing this review to give Anne of the bakery a shoutout. My family member placed an order for a cake earlier this past week for a Valentine’s day theme cake. Unfortunately nobody in the bakery was there so another person did their best to write down the specifications and design request. On Friday we received a text of the cake, asking to verify it was okay. While the cake was nice, it was very different than what we had intended. I let them know if it was possible, could we please try again & clarified what our vision was. Anne went above and beyond to clarify what wanted, remade the whole cake, and made the most perfect cake I wanted. I was so impressed with the outcome and so thankful she really remade the cake for us! I know it’s a lot of work and everyone at the party loved the cake. It was the best cake I’ve eaten and it was beautiful. Thank you so much Anne! I highly recommend supporting the Piggly Wiggly bakery department.”
