“We love Waters Edge! My husband and I took a little trip to get away from our stressful lives and headed to the Mississippi River. My husband had stayed at Waters Edge during the past but I hadn't. What a loss! I wish we would have discovered this wonderful place long ago! The setting is gorgeous, the rooms are large and comfy, the tv and wifi work wonderfully, and we have gone to sleep with the sound of bullfrogs calling in the background both nights! I will definitely be coming back with my hubby, but also plan to come back to rent their vacation home with friends! You can spend all day and evening on the river, or you can head upstream to La Crosse and get a fix on museums, restaurants and shopping. Can't say enough in terms of how positive our experience has been. In fact, we got fabulous service last night when we discovered that we wouldn't be able to make it here by 8 but wanted to rent a room. They waited for us to arrive, almost a half hour late - unprecedented service!”

“Awesome hole in the wall small motel. They had a 3 bed room on a corner we all split for a fishing trip. Super reasonably priced. Perfect spot and mattresses were comfortable. Clean and efficient with boat parking and a cleaning station. Will be back”

“This place is great! Good parking, super clean and fresh rooms, coffee pot, cups, fridge, fire pit, porch… I could go on, but why? Do yourself a favor and stay here to find out for yourself.”

“Great bar! My husband and I were wandering around on a motorcycle and got hungry. We pulled into Genoa and Rudy's was the only place to get some food. Cheeseburgers and chips, or pizza. The cheeseburger was incredible! Simple meat with pickles and onions but man it tasted great! The bartender was super friendly and we had a great conversation while we ate and rested up. Even the local folks sitting at the bar were friendly and chill. If you're tired, they have cheap rooms available to rent out but we had a long way to go so we didn't stay. If you're driving through or even close I recommend stopping in and grabbing a delicious cheap meal and meeting some great people.”

“ABSOLUTELY GEM!! Easy to find, Easy check in and out. Boat hook up and parking. Really nice accommodations. Quiet area. Ramps super close in pool 9 and 8. Beds were comfortable, everything well maintained and updated. They have options for 2 beds or 3 with kitchenettes. Perfect for trips!”
