“I was passing through town on a Sunday afternoon when my truck started overheating and I thought my weekend was pretty much shot. I called several shops and towing companies and either got voicemail or no answer at all. Tony's Auto Repair & Towing was the only place that actually picked up the phone. The tech answered (I wish I could remember his name but this happened a while ago and it just occurred to me that I didn't leave a review), listened to what was going on, and got someone out to help me much faster than I expected.
Turned out a radiator hose had failed and dumped most of my coolant. He was straightforward about the issue, got the truck repaired, and had me back on the road the same day. I appreciated that nobody tried to sell me a bunch of extra work while I was stuck in a bad situation. If you're traveling through the area and run into car trouble, these are the people I'd call.”

“Overall, Sparkle Auto Body is a no-muss, no-fuss kind of place that did the work very well for the right price.
My damage was purely cosmetic, but the scratches were deep, extensive and hit multiple panels alongside a huge dent in the car door. Sparkle was highly recommended by people around me and my insurance company. They worked very well and efficiently with my insurance company- one estimate was all that was needed and was accepted immediately. Even with insurance paying for most of it, the price seemed appropriate for the amount of work and parts.
I was able to get an idea of a time/cost estimate by driving right up, no appointment needed. We looked at the car outside together for about 10 minutes, and the manager was able to give me a good idea of what the time/price estimate would be. I had to schedule an appointment further out, but that just reflects how popular they are - for good reason.
The work itself was completed ahead of time. The work was limited to what actually needed fixing, not taking the entire car apart like some places do just to fix a surface scratch. They even took care of some other odds and ends scratches on my car besides the main damage, which was hugely appreciated. They had creative problem solving. When one of my car parts was no longer sold, they found a similar part in another color and just spray painted it to flawlessly match.
They also did a great job cleaning and detailing the car before I picked it up. Checkout was extremely fast and efficient, too. Everyone I spoke to was polite and to the point- that good ol' no-muss, no-fuss I mentioned.

“I had a genuinely fantastic experience here. I came in for an interview-person estimate, then went to shop around at a couple other body shops that morning to compare. Rodell Auto was by far the most honest, non-judgmental, and realistic quote. They listened to me and did not try to scare me into fixes beyond what I communicated I wanted. Then, they were able to get my car in and get it repaired within the same day. Such a fast turnaround, really good customer service overall! Will be recommending over other establishments for sure.”
“We recently purchased a Hyundai Santa Fe from Zimbrick Eastside and had a great experience. We worked with Jess, our Sales Consultant, Patrick, the Sales Manager, and Bob, our Finance Manager. Everyone was friendly, professional, and easy to work with.
We went back to Zimbrick because of their reputation in the community and their no-pressure approach. This was our second vehicle purchase from Zimbrick, at two different dealerships, and the experience was consistently excellent. It really feels like that approach is part of their culture.
The whole process was casual and comfortable. We felt we received a fair deal on our trade-in and a fair price on our new vehicle. Jess even followed up a couple of days later to make sure we didn’t have any questions and to see if there was anything she could help with.

Mike from Zimbrich Porsche took me in immediately and within half an hour identified the source as a screw in tread and made the repair and got the car washed all within 30 minutes. All of this at no charge. Zimbrich Porsche has provided me with the best premium service for a luxury vehicle and I have owned Mercedes, Jaguar in Porsche in more than three cities. They’re tops.”
