Service is greatly improved at BMW of Madison. They have all new staff and when I was there yesterday I was pleasantly surprised! Service prices are extremely over the cost of a place like Dunn’s Import in Middleton but I still go to Zimbrick when they have specials. Service goes a long way. Garrett was amazing!

It's fine. Policies about loaner cars will mean that I won't continue going here after my ultimate care package has expired. It used to be luxury service, now it is just service.

It’s rare that a dealership is more concerned with customer satisfaction than the bottom line. Mini of Madison is that rare instance. The experience was great and the staff accommodating. I recommend them to anyone looking for a small, insanely-fun SUV. Hands-down, a great place to buy your car.
