“Ive been with Tmobile since about 2019, I used to dislike going in there with the staff that was running the Marshfield store. Always crabby and didnt like you in there unless you were spending some sort of money. I would have switched carriers a long time ago but didn't because their service is kind of worth it.
Recently they put new management in there I believe its Kylie and Bradley Ive dealt with primarily. When i went in there about a month ago to upgrade phones they helped me and were super pleasing and social.
I work construction and always go in there when my screen protector breaks (about once a month) with the lifetime warranty on their protectors. They have never given me a hard time, never telling me to spend more money, they are just super workable and replace my screen protector no questions asked with smiles on their faces.
Thank you Kylie and Bradley for changing my perspective at this Tmobile store. I would give them both a raise if I was their boss.”
