“After losing a trailer tire in the 110 deg Mojave Desert and another on the Colorado Rocky Mountain pass, I never expected the wheel bearing to go next... nearly losing a wheel on a loaded trailer can take a toll on a traveler. The fix for frayed nerves was the TOP-NOTCH treatment and truly QUALITY service we received from everyone at EAST MADISON U-HAUL & STORAGE. From the time the tow truck dropped us off until closing time this crew accomplished the impossible. They stayed open late just to make sure were taken care of. When corporate permissions for switching / upgrading trailers got complex....their Regional Manager, Val actually came back in after hours to help make it happen. Wayne was a huge help too. After closing up the shop, he returned later to check on us offered to help transfer things to the new trailer....even told us where we could go to get some muscle if things got to heavy for me & my 73year old co-pilot. It’s just really nice and a little shocking to get such thorough service from beginning to end. Thanks guys for making sure we got home on time and safe. You truly are the best, U-HAUL should be proud and is a definitely a better organization because of people like you.”
“Great experience! First time here. Just brought my gas tank up the metal stairs and the nice man gave me a tag to go to the office to pay. Lady was very kind and even told me they have a buy 4 refills and get a 5th free card! Definitely recommend!”
“Rented a trailer yesterday - they were quick and efficient! While connecting the trailer to my car they noticed the running lights did not work - found faulty fuse and replaced it at no charge!!”

“I couldn’t recommend this location enough! I had interactions with two employees and both were friendly and helpful as well as did an amazing job working with me when I presented an issue I had with my uhaul trialer rental! 10/10 would recommend!”
“We had a terrible snow storm in January and as I plowed my long driveway I observed almost no traffic on what was usually a busy highway, with visibility reduced to about 500 feet. I was surprised when an AmeriGas truck arrived and I chatted with the driver, thanking him for braving the storm for our sake. The driver explained that he had 30 years of experience in the business and although he would rather have not been driving in such poor conditions, he confessed to having a "Keep working until the job is done" work ethic. Each AmeriGas driver I have met over the years has been top notch!”
