“Deshawn truly cares about customers. We were greeted as soon as we came in but did not feel pressured. He did not follow us around the store like many salespeople do at other places but instead just let us know he was there when we were ready. Once we did have questions we explained a unique situation to him that required very specific dimensions. Instead of throwing his arms up he checked with the store manager to find an exact fit in our dimensions and budget. We ended up closing the sale right on the spot.”

Not only was Liam the owner courteous, genuine, professional, and kind, but he went above and beyond for us. He had a 4 or 5 day golf trip in lake geneva and drove back to brookfield in the middle of his trip to help deliver our sectional. We didn't expect that at all. We could have easily waited a couple more days but Liam did that for us. I have never heard of a furniture place doing that. We will only be going through Midwest Discount Furniture for all our needs from here on out.”

“I could not have been happier with my purchase. To be able to go into the showroom without a salesperson watching you try out mattresses and walk around with you was really great. My delivery was scheduled for a Monday. I received a text message and email regarding my delivery on Sunday evening. I had a question about the time, so I called the number listed in the email. An actual local person answered the phone. She was able to give me an answer to my question - on a Sunday night! Extremely happy with the delivery guys - fast and friendly. “Dana is amazing! I also love sleep #. I have only bought the pillows. The warranty is what keeps me coming back! Even though I haven’t returned anything.
I went to verlo first, they have a Huge selection of pillows. The guy was kinda stiff. He told me they don’t take returns or exchanges. I asked what if I don’t sleep well? He said if it’s comfortable in the store it will be the same when you get home. I said “you never bought high heels then.?”
So I went to “look” at sleep number and I got two new pillows that I love! It was like laying on a bed talking to an old friend. Dana made me feel so comfortable and didn’t push anything. Was very chill. I highly recommend her! Great customer service! My only complaint is they have a NFL pillow for display but they don’t sell any NFL(Packers) stuff. ?”

“I don’t understand the others complaints,but I went in the store eyes wide open and thought I would give them a try,so much beautiful stuff,stuff I’ve seen in other stores,some I haven’t seen,prices lower,some higher, now this the kicker,I ask them would they honor the lower the price IF I shop for my whole house and they did,no mold,quick delivery,pleasant delivery men,they cleaned they mess,so I ended up needing a kitchen set a couple weeks later,I have big sons,I went back to them,I needed a nice sturdy kitchen set, I brought one,Ashley,I’ll shop again,and refer them,give them another chance,,their nice folks,”

The real price was clearly marked and was less than half the price of a similar recliner at a “competitor” whose confusing sales gimmicks / discounts that change daily are very similar to Kohl’s where I do not shop.
