“Service is always good. Prices and specials are favorable with a Pig card.
Produce is not as fresh as it once was. Bananas are always green, takes 3-5 days for them to be edible.
Our macro tariff uncertainty has resulted in limited inventory, almond milk is an example.”
“Nice place nice staff, but the female at the cafe on Friday, 2/21 around 2:10P ish, was very unprofessional and ignored taking my order altogether. Check the video.
Update 2/24/25 - Issue was addressed by the management, Thanks”

“I love this metro market. I really do. My concern is with the front end staff. Mary is phenomenal as is the gentleman always working produce. I was there last night at about 6:30. Two full-service lanes were open with no one in line. One cashier was chatting with the bagger. The other was on her phone and the bagger standing there. I felt as if I interrupted the woman on her phone by checking out. The $1.00 each item for buying 5 or more wasn't on my receipt. The cashier told me to go to customer service. I asked if it was open as there was no light and nobody behind the counter. She pointed to a group of 4 employees off to the corner talking. I asked for customer service and one came forward while the others continued to talk. She credited me $5.00 for 5 of the 6 items I had purchased for an additional $1 off. I wasn't going to argue about the last $1. I'm guessing it's that hard to get help that 8 people can be on their phones or chatting instead of cleaning, or stocking. It's sad.”
“Everyone who works here is fantastic! They are friendly & helpful.
Fortunately, there are no managers to be found because they'd probably screw it up.”
“The staff is very cordial and helpful. The food qualities, especially the produce and seafood, are outstanding. I have a moderate dependency on the Sendik's Dark Chocolate Candy bars. Clark Howard would not be enamored with the prices, but I at least don't have to worry about outdated items or other issues.”
