“I had the opportunity to visit my son, who had moved to Mequon from Colorado to start his residency. He spoke highly of the apartment complex and staff before I had the chance to experience the same. My son was working 12 hour days and needed to upgrade to a 2 bedroom apartment from a 1 bedroom. I managed the move completely. Every resource Grace, on the leasing team, recommended was top notch. If I needed help with the littlest thing they were right there. I have helped moved my two kids throughout college and early work life and medical school over many years. During all of these experiences I have never felt as comfortable and supported by the management. Everyone I came in contact with was helpful and professional. The residents I met were all very friendly and warm. I highly recommend Spur 16 to anyone who is looking for an apartment in Mequon.”

“On 1/12/24 and 1/13/24 we had a major snow storm with many residents here suffered without electricity in Brown Deer. Consequently many people didn’t have heat and electricity in their home! This took place for 4 days. Here at Northpointe we didn’t have no complications with electricity. We did suffered a few hours without heat, but it was immediately restored. I am so happy to live here where it’s safe.”

“I want to start off by saying that I have been with zolper property management for the past 4 years. First I want to say any issues that I or my roomate has ever had with our unit, stuff not working, replacing hvac, whatever has always been addressed within 48 hours! Zolpher Property does a great job at communicating with their tenants and they have a great online portal for any questions or concerns you may have. The things that stick out most to me, is at one point I was falling a little behind in rent and they offered me services in the area that could help me, they me time to figure stuff out and I can't say how much that means to tentants who may be going through a hard time. I truly believe that if your thinking about getting a place with zolper property management that you pull that trigger immeditaly , again great staff, great owner, and they have a office that you can stop into anytime if you want to see someone in person which I think is awesome because some property management companies here in milwaukee only communicate by text or phone.”

“We missed being in our home, but we quickly fell in love with our apartment. We thought we’d stay for just a few months and ended up staying almost four years.
The apartment itself was so roomy and the closet spaces were wonderful! The view of the back woods was unbeatable for us and we loved being able to grow flowers and veggies on the balcony as well as hanging in the community area around the gas fire pit. A great place to chill at the end of the day! It was really nice having a walking path for our dog as a quick morning outing or a quiet evening stroll. We really enjoyed our time there!”

“I think the property is pretty however there are several issues with the building structure. But this is an older building, so I guess that is to be expected. The company that runs it (now) is better than the older one.”
