We have been customers of this bank branch for decades. I'm sorry to report that customer service has declined dramatically; and the website (to which one is continuously redirected) is not user friendly.

My boo went there to update her accounts, and she had a blast. Didn’t realize going to a bank could be that fun, but here we are. 5 stars! Would give more but the man doesn’t allow for that.

Terrific service! Very friendly staff. Josh is wonderful! Not only is he prompt and very efficient he is always very friendly and a pleasure to bank with!! Thanks for the outstanding service!!!
