“This was my second time going to Aeschbach’s. Both times I had a great experience. I was greeted with a smile. Their new online system for accepting or declining additional services is something I hadn’t seen before and really appreciated. They had photos right on there of my tires, filters, suspension, etc. I could pay right online before picking up my vehicle. They were able to add the oil change coupon and send me a new bill with a simple text message. They got a ride for me to my office. No complaints. I will definitely return in the future, as they are also reasonably priced compared to other places I’ve been.”
“Touched up my raptor for a scratch down to the plastic on the bumper and a dent on the bed. Great work - looks like new, communicative throughout the process, and made sure to take the time to let the paint cure to allow for it to set. Would recommend.”

I especially like that when I’m about to take a trip I can ask them to check pretty much everything and replace as needed. They also call me to verify that I want them to proceed. “My passenger side mirror was smashed. I found a replacement mirror online and they were helpful in making sure it would actually work on my car before I purchased the mirror. A low profit job for them but they provided quick and excellent service when I needed it. Highly recommend their services especially for those jobs where insurance doesn't pay for the repairs. They do great estimates.”

Battery was installed quickly and had a great chat with installer while he was working on the car. The way service used to be and still is at Interstate Battery. A breath of fresh air from what passes as service at most places today. Easy five star recommendation.”

“Took my 997.1 in for a clutch job. Service people suggested a higher quality SACHS kit to hold more Hp since I had Kelly Moss do some upgrades previously and the stock clutch failed. They also did my front brakes and oil change at the same time.
They were efficient with their work and very fun to talk to. I like the family and friends environment of this shop. Billing was reasonable as well. Great experience.”

“The communication so far has not been great. I’ve been without a car for 20 days. I called twice to which they said I’ll get a call back. I never got one and finally said, each time you guys told me you’ll back but haven’t. Then they talked to me. I feel like I’ve been in the dark about my car. I don’t even have a rental. My mom traveled from Canada to help me out by letting me drive her car and she can’t go back home and had to extend her stay because this company has been taking forever. I’m not impressed with the communication and time. I heard this should’ve been the best but so far the customer service has made me question that.
Update: they made things right. They figured things out with getting me a rental car. I appreciate it. Just picked my car up today and it looks great. Sure it was pretty much almost a month wait but they did a great job, it truly looks good as new. I’m glad they were comprehensive and did it right. Terry was personable and answered all my questions in person.”

“Outstanding service year after year. These guys are on the ball and most of the time very friendly. All are helpful, even the ones who aren't supposed to be. I frequent 3 of the areas stores under this families name. I sometimes see the counter guys at the other locations. While they don't greet me by name, they do acknowledge my being a regular. I truth, although I've been a regular for about 10 years, I don't know I could recollect their names either. But 10:1 they will be spot on when asked to track down a part and have it available often the same day, but usually the next. Or they will call the nearby store and find if it's readily avail NOW, and make sure you are the one who buys it if you make the trip. Auto Zone today failed me in this grievous error and minutes ago I noted their outright miserable customer service performance as I saw appropriate. I bought the filter in question, even though it was a higher price to do so. To make a point. Customer service matters.”

“Excellent service & price! I went in with symptoms that led to a ball joint replacement. They explained everything clearly and were very polite from beginning to end. Being a female, I get used to being talked down to at shops, but they were very respectful and talked to me as a normal person. Another shop tried to charge me over 4 times the amount for what they did. Now my car is working smoothly and my wallet doesn’t hurt as much!
