“I had an issue where my door wouldn't open on my wheelchair van on the side where the ramp comes down. I had to leave my teenage daughter, who is in a wheelchair, at the doctor's office and go to the nearest auto repair place for help. These guys were so great! They all came out and tried their best to get the door to slide open and in the end they gave me some boards and plywood to fashion a makeshift ramp on the other side of the van. It worked great and we were able to be on our way. I really didn't know what we were going to do and I appreciated their help! “Went in thinking my car battery needed to be replaced. The person who helped me was so kind. When I described the conditions and asked him if it was time to change my battery, he did a battery test. After seeing that the battery was in good shape, he voluntarily did a load test to double-check. Confirming that my battery is still good he told me that I didn't need to buy a new one. When I asked how much the battery costs, he even gave me options and shared that I could get it cheaper at Costco if I wanted to. But I'll be coming back here because you know you can trust the staff, who are truly looking out for your interests.”

“My husband and I have known Tom for 15+ years and have always taken our vehicles here . Now that my kids are grown and driving their own cars, we take ALL cars to him and Kevin. They both are so kind, pleasant , compassionate and knowledgeable. If I don’t agree with a dealership, for warranty work, I’ll call the only Mechanics I trust as they don’t take advantage of a person EVER! Tom has always given me his honest expertise. They got me in right away and gave me a loaner vehicle so I could get on with my day ... then called me later to say that the parts I needed were backordered, but had a temporary solution so I could get back home. “I try to use independent local shops when I can. They had a synthetic oil change special for 39.99. So, I opted for the oil change and a tire rotation. You get a a link to an electronic service report that features undercarriage photos representing a visual inspection and which specifies things like upcoming maintenance issues as well as tire pressure, tread depth, and brake conditions. I have included the invoice. The price was competitive ($75 all told) and even lower than some other shops because of the special. I was able to make an appointment online and the service took about an hour. They have a comfortable waiting room with beverages and free wifi and TV. So, overall, it was a positive and efficient experience. There is no evidence of leaking oil and the tires were inflated to spec. They reset the oil life monitor, too.Services: Tire rotations”

“Outstanding service year after year. These guys are on the ball and most of the time very friendly. All are helpful, even the ones who aren't supposed to be. I frequent 3 of the areas stores under this families name. I sometimes see the counter guys at the other locations. While they don't greet me by name, they do acknowledge my being a regular. I truth, although I've been a regular for about 10 years, I don't know I could recollect their names either. But 10:1 they will be spot on when asked to track down a part and have it available often the same day, but usually the next. Or they will call the nearby store and find if it's readily avail NOW, and make sure you are the one who buys it if you make the trip. Auto Zone today failed me in this grievous error and minutes ago I noted their outright miserable customer service performance as I saw appropriate. I bought the filter in question, even though it was a higher price to do so. To make a point. Customer service matters.”

“Very happy to write a nice review for the great experience I had at Zimbrick Auto Group. Was in the market for a specific Grand Cherokee trim model and they had one. You never know what kind of treatment you're gonna get when you walk in looking for a used car. I met with Roy Fenn and immediately liked his demeanor and professionalism. We test drove the car, and Roy was knowledgable and helpful. The car was in excellent condition but they had missed one blemish spot when they detailed/prepped it. I didn't make the deal immediately only because I was concerned about the mileage. But the car was i such good condition and I trusted Roy so I called back and told them I'd take it. Went back up a couple days later to pick it up. Roy had the car saved inside and out of the weather, so it would look perfect when I arrived. He also had that extra blemish taken care of when when I returned without me asking him to do it. On to the financing with Business Manager Mike Oleniczak. This again is where it gets dicey in most dealerships. Not here. Mike was outstanding. A strait shooter and a professional just like Roy. He got me a market best interest rate with no haggling, and a very good extended warranty, again with no haggling. Normally this would be the end of a very good experience. But on the drive home, I sensed a small vibration at upper highway speeds. ( I tend to drive freeways in the 80's). Used cars with heavy mileage are sold "as is" and so no warranty. I called up Roy and he put me in touch with another excellent Zimbrick employee, Nate on the service side of the Acura dealership. Nate was again a top professional; He set up a repair appointment and got me a great loaner at no charge. They found a slightly bent rear rim. They got it fixed in a couple days, I brought back the loaner, the vibration gone, and no charge for the repair! So when you think about it, they went above and beyond, and I had a great experience in all 3 sections of the Zimbrick Auto Group: Sales, Finance, and Service. When all 3 pieces of an auto business have such professionalism and deliver such a solid experience, you know they care about culture in that company. So go see Roy Fenn if you need a quality used car and don't want the normal BS of most dealerships. And if you need financing or want to go extended warranty, Mike will really take care of you there. Nice Work All Around Guys! ONE FINAL NOTE: One of the reasons I went to this dealership to begin with: THEY HAVE ZERO ADD-ON MYSTERY FEES. Many dealers add on fees for prep fees, service fees, detail fees, etc. These fees add up to thousands and then the great internet price you saw is now crap. Go to place where they treat you with respect, and don't try to pull that BS. Start your search at Zimbrick and you'll be happy you did.”

But our experience with getting it repaired went so smoothly. They worked closely with our insurance company to work out all of the details. It was a pleasure to work with Matt Keating.
