“This was my second time going to Aeschbach’s. Both times I had a great experience. I was greeted with a smile. Their new online system for accepting or declining additional services is something I hadn’t seen before and really appreciated. They had photos right on there of my tires, filters, suspension, etc. I could pay right online before picking up my vehicle. They were able to add the oil change coupon and send me a new bill with a simple text message. They got a ride for me to my office. No complaints. I will definitely return in the future, as they are also reasonably priced compared to other places I’ve been.”

Their pricing was at the average price point, provided me a very thorough breakdown of all major components of the 60k check, and their customer service and auto service were both exceptional. Nice to find a shop like theirs, I will continue to take my car here for any future work.”

Battery was installed quickly and had a great chat with installer while he was working on the car. The way service used to be and still is at Interstate Battery. A breath of fresh air from what passes as service at most places today. Easy five star recommendation.”
“I was headed to Madison on business and had car trouble on the highway as I arrived. I brought my car to Zimbrick Acura the next morning for diagnosis -- the service was phenomenal. They got me in right away and gave me a loaner vehicle so I could get on with my day ... then called me later to say that the parts I needed were backordered, but had a temporary solution so I could get back home. They provided all of the part numbers for my local dealer.I took a deep breath and asked what I owed. $0. Incredible. Highly recommend this highly ethical dealer.”

I have a 2016 Audi A6 that was in and out of shops for almost a year: it started at a family friend mechanic who changed the brakes. Following that I had constant issues braking for months. I finally decided to take it into Audi service dept for an inspection because I figured they know their own cars best. WRONG! Audi recommended replacing the master cylinder.
I took it to Dunns for the master cylinder replacement (~$2400 at Audi, $1200 at Dunns). Not only did they spare me the charge and swap - but they found the issue. A spring that had been put on backwards and missed by the Audi service team. They did the right thing - did not go through with the master cylinder replacement and all problems were resolved. I saved over $1000 for something I did not need.
Again, genuine, good people. Now I take my car in and they have a customer for life!”

“I recently got a flat tire, driving my daughter-in-law‘s car. I had my two young grandsons in the car and Zimbrick Volkswagen of Middleton was close by. I called them and they assured me they would help me out. I pulled up and two employees came to the car and proceeded to change the tire immediately. Another employee came out to check on us a couple of times. After the tire was changed, they had me pull into a service bay where they checked all of the tires and filled them up with air. I don’t know what I would’ve done without their help!”

“The communication so far has not been great. I’ve been without a car for 20 days. I called twice to which they said I’ll get a call back. I never got one and finally said, each time you guys told me you’ll back but haven’t. Then they talked to me. I feel like I’ve been in the dark about my car. I don’t even have a rental. My mom traveled from Canada to help me out by letting me drive her car and she can’t go back home and had to extend her stay because this company has been taking forever. I’m not impressed with the communication and time. I heard this should’ve been the best but so far the customer service has made me question that.
Update: they made things right. They figured things out with getting me a rental car. I appreciate it. Just picked my car up today and it looks great. Sure it was pretty much almost a month wait but they did a great job, it truly looks good as new. I’m glad they were comprehensive and did it right. Terry was personable and answered all my questions in person.”

“Outstanding service year after year. These guys are on the ball and most of the time very friendly. All are helpful, even the ones who aren't supposed to be. I frequent 3 of the areas stores under this families name. I sometimes see the counter guys at the other locations. While they don't greet me by name, they do acknowledge my being a regular. I truth, although I've been a regular for about 10 years, I don't know I could recollect their names either. But 10:1 they will be spot on when asked to track down a part and have it available often the same day, but usually the next. Or they will call the nearby store and find if it's readily avail NOW, and make sure you are the one who buys it if you make the trip. Auto Zone today failed me in this grievous error and minutes ago I noted their outright miserable customer service performance as I saw appropriate. I bought the filter in question, even though it was a higher price to do so. To make a point. Customer service matters.”
