“Remains was the only spot in Madison that could or would help me with a very simple problem without charging me $50 and taking my computer for 5 days for diagnostics. After describing my issue, all I needed help with was to unlink my second work account from my computer. Imagine if I would have given up my work computer for a week, paid a bunch of, and ended up reinstalling my operating system for a second time over that issue.
