“This is a small town, family run hardware store. They can't possibly carry everything in that building, but they come as close as possible. I can't remember ever leaving empty handed when I went in there for something. I've had screens repaired, gotten screws and bolts for things, paint, keys, batteries, lightbulbs, toilet flusher arms, shipped packages, etc. They've even special ordered thing they didn't normally carry. Great people, great store.”
“This store is just amazing! If ever there was a class on what customer service should look like, this store should be the example. I was searching Google for batteries for my golf cart and this store came up. I started a live chat online before realizing it was 6:30 and the store was closed. Less than 20 minutes later I get a reply! Really? You can’t get a business to do that when they’re open. Tells me he will have what I want the next day and even shoots me a very competitive price…all while the store is closed! Now this morning I sent a text to make sure they came in before driving up there and I got an immediate response and they don’t open for another hour!! This business has got this Amazon thing figured out….beat them head on! Outstanding customer service!”
