“I cannot say enough good things about Ivan and his business. A colleague recommended Royal Auto Body when I was rear-ended and needed a repair on my cracked bumper. Ivan was immediately a friendly face and took a thorough look at my car to be sure there wasn't more damage. He was respectful of my desire to only get a quote to start (the other driver wanted to pay cash). When I decided to go with Royal, Ivan was able to schedule me on a convenient day and my car was ready before he'd scheduled it to be. He was able to get new after-market parts and bring the repair in slightly under the quote. To top it all off, Ivan did some light repair on a dent in my front bumper without my asking and for no charge. This alone says so much about what kind of guy he is and the work he does. “My mother used to go to M&S and now i do. I remember them helping her as a child. When his dad ran the place. Always honest, hard working, friendly guy's. Just got tires, then a tune up a week later and a oil switch. Without issue. They really should have all 5 starts. But 4.7 is pretty good with how some people can be. Even remembered to switch my tirr valve caps, when i forgot to remove them! They saved me 5 bucks!”

“I took my car to the Ford dealership and they are saying I needed all kinds of work so I took it to Richlen on 68th they checked everything out it turned out I didn't need all the work the dealership was saying I normally go here anyway but I was told to take my car to the dealership never again I will bring my car back here from now on this is my second vehicle they have worked on for me they will not do unnecessary repairs thank you”

Long story short, I needed to get 4 tires asap plus oil change ? I shopped around all these different stores trying to find the best deal and needless to say, it was very overwhelming especially with being a female not knowing much about cars. Every single store I called or went to I would get a huge spiel and be told that there was way more things that needed to be done with my car, or I’d have to wait weeks because, I had an unusual tire. Finally came across A&A Tires reached out them, spoke with a kind gentleman who was able to answer all my questions and got me right away to fix my car that same day I can’t thank them enough ?❤️
