Customer service on the phone can be poor, and the AI was impossible to deal with. One customer reported being stranded in the desert for over an hour with no help after receiving a vehicle with a tire that did not hold proper pressure and wipers with no rubber, which was unsafe. This has led to some uncertainty about using Avis again.

The wait, I feel for the people behind the desk becaues it's just not avis it's budget too, I think they should separate them. UPDATE: the gentleman who help me for my last rental is awesome!! The wait was not as bad. It was easier this time.

Was able to get a car at 0:00 before close. One guy left at the desk was pleasant.

I usually have decent luck as a presidential plus, but as an FYI, if your vehicle has a mechanical failure, you will wait significantly for emergency assistance from the MKE.
They will leave you on the road waiting for hours. Double check your vehicle.
