About Budget Car Rental
Budget Car Rental offers a range of experiences for customers. Staff members like Luisa and others are often praised for their friendliness and helpfulness, even working on holidays. At the airport location, some customers appreciate the efficient service and the staff's positive attitude. However, there are notable issues with the Fast Break reservation option, which no longer has a dedicated pickup counter, leading to longer wait times and lines. Despite this, once customers reach the front, employees are generally friendly and efficient.
Some reviews highlight frustrations with long lines, especially when only a few staff members are available to handle many customers. One customer experienced a problem with fuel charges, being incorrectly billed after refilling the tank near the airport, which led to a refund after a complaint. Others commend the quick resolution of issues like double bookings and praise certain staff members for their excellent service.
Overall, while some customers have faced inconveniences and billing issues, Budget Car Rental is recognized for friendly staff and good service at times. The experience can vary, but many customers appreciate the helpfulness of staff and the efforts made to resolve problems, making it a generally mixed but occasionally positive choice for car rentals.
