Took bike in with one known major issue (chain was severely messed up) and one minor one (wheel needed to be trued). They found a second major issue in the consult (brake-related) and charged $60 for everything which I think is very fair for the labor and knowledge. Will come back here again whenever my bike is having issues.

So happy there is a GREAT RW bike shop!! Just moved here in July 2026 and returned several times for my 10+ yo endurance road bike to keep the fella going. They're super kind and awesome problem solvers!

Californian here visiting for the USA Triathlon national championship. Had a problem with my bike. They got me in and out really quick, less than 24 hours after I brought the bike in, and corrected a couple of additional problems on top of what I brought it in for. Awesome job guys!
