U-Haul Moving & Storage of Walker's Point offers a variety of moving services, including truck rentals, trailers, cargo vans, and self-storage options. The staff is known for being helpful, friendly, and professional, making the rental experience less stressful for customers. Many reviews highlight the courteous service received, with special mentions of team members who provided exceptional assistance. While most customers appreciate the affordability and availability of services, some express frustration with the self-check-in process during truck returns, especially when staff are present. Overall, this location is well-recommended for its knowledgeable team and efficient service, making it a reliable choice for both local and long-distance moves.
I went to the wrong location to pick up my Uhaul, but the young man who helped me was wonderful and get me set-up with a new reservation, so I didn't have to uber 15 minutes away. (The gentleman with blonde hair working the morning of 8/12)
