“What fantastic customer service I received from Rick!! I was in your store on 12/12/23 looking for a specific sized dining room set. Although there was a good selection, I could not find exactly what I needed. While sitting in my vehicle, Rick took the time to come out and tell me about another furniture store in the area that may have what I needed. (At this time of year, it reminded me of Miracle on 34th Street.) I went to that store and ordered my dining room set. As I mentioned to Rick, we will be in the market for a new bedroom set next year which we will definitely buy from Minocqua Furniture. Thank you, Rick, for all of your help -- you are amazing!!”
