I think Pomps may have the most outstanding service department in Wisconsin. I have worked with Pomps at multiple dealerships over my career now, and no matter who I call on behalf of it seems their service is fantastic. I usually get the same guys on the phone every time and they make the process very easy. Darren and Kevin are excellent to work with. “Great service from great professional. I am very much satisfied with the service i get from there. The good thing about monona motors is they always provide more than what we pay for. The only thing that i dont like about them is wait time because they are always booked for a 2/3 weeks in advance.?? which is understandable because everyone wants monona motors to take care their cars.”

“My oil change and tire rotation were done at a reasonable price. The manager was friendly. We have had our cars serviced there for years and have always been pleased.
When I dropped my car off I asked to be called when my car was ready. My husband received the call instead of me and this keeps happening. I was told that his phone # was listed first. I have told them in the past that it’s my car and I want the call.”
