“I needed a new passport photo and went to my local store in McFarland and it was the worst experience. The staff person there was surly and would only take one photo (it's digital!). He laughed when I said I didn't like it. Should have just left. Decided it was worth it to go to the store in Monona. What a different experience!! The woman there said it's important to not hate your photo since you have it for ten years. I mean, no one is going to love a passport photo, but shouldn't cry either! She was willing to take several shots (it's digital!) And, she was just so pleasant. Thanks Monona!”
