She answers questions in a way that presents all available options and makes me feel very comfortable making the right decisions for my dogs. Several years ago, she was able to make a diagnosis for my dog that I was later told (by other specialist veterinarians) is a complex condition to diagnose. Aside from her evident medical skills, she is kind and patient and has treated both of my dogs with care and compassion.”

“My dog Millie and I love the staff here!!! They are so good with her, they listen to what is going on. They are so busy, but when there’s a problem they get you in when they can. Millie loses her mind whenever we go there because she loves every single staff member. She frequently drops in on Dr. R while she is in her office before or after her appointment. I couldn’t imagine bringing my animals anywhere else!!”

Citywide pet clinic was the first vet out of many who seemed to take my concerns seriously and do tests that clinics in the past never offered. They found an issue and started her on medication that has greatly improved her quality of life. She is no longer suffering and neither am I.”
