“Came in a few months ago to look at wedding bands and they were incredibly helpful and hospitable, even had beverages available while you browse and cleaned my engagement ring. I did not end up finding my ring here, but today I stopped in to get a loose prong fixed on my engagement ring and they were super helpful, luckily it was an easy fix so it was really quick, and they explained what they were doing to fix it to ensure I fully understood the process. They once again offered beverages for my wait time and cleaned both my engagement ring that they were working on as well as my separate wedding band. Would certainly come here again for any maintenance on my rings and other additions of jewelry in the future!”
“Could not be happier with the work they did on my engagement/wedding rings! For my birthday, my husband decided he wanted to get me a new setting for my engagement ring, and we also ended up picking out wedding rings (we got married at a courthouse during college and just wore silicone ones at the time with intentions of picking out nicer ones when we could afford them). First picture is my engagement ring in the original setting, second is the same stone put into a new setting along with the new wedding ring. Everything we asked for when taking our business here was met above and beyond, I highly recommend going here for any special projects with your jewelry.”

“I've worked with both Nathan and Natalie and they are both beyond polite and friendly every time I go in. The best part? Their pricing is very reasonable, their work and attention to detail is amazing, and I've gotten all my items back in only a couple of days.I also very much appreciate that they discuss all pricing and work to be done with you beforehand so there are no surprises. I did however have an engagement ring that had seen better days that required additional work beyond what we talked about originally and they called me to explain the work, give me a quote, and ask if I would like to move forward with the additional work (I feel like not all jewelers would get your approval before moving forward and would just tack on the additional charges). Again, this was very appreciated and professional of them to reach out to me.I highly recommend them to anyone in the Sun Prairie area!”

“I stopped in to have the band on my watch adjusted....I left the watch as the work could not be done right away....I came back later to pick-up the watch and had my American Family Championship shirt and ID badge on because I was headed to University Ridge as a volunteer for the event....the watch fit perfectly and I asked what I owed for the service....the woman (Kristi I believe and the DIL of Jerry Hermanson the owner and Mark Hermanson's wife) said twelve dollars....I was preparing to pay and Kristi asked if I was volunteering for the AmFam Tournament, which I stated I was...she replied that because I was volunteering for such a wonderful event, that the service was on them....I was flabbergasted and disagreed, but she insisted....great service and a wonderful gesture on her part....THANK YOU SO MUCH!”
