“Couldn’t ask for a better experience from a customer POV. Life is busy and scheduling for tires can be a hassle. Not here. Got me in fast, got it done fast, and shuttled me back to my work while they didn’t work. Easy peezy. Thanks all!”

“Honest, fast, forthcoming with any extra issues they may find with your vehicle and prepared with options they’ll present to you if anything is found. Everyone there is professional and polite and their work matches their attitudes. There’s a couple of options around town and I’ve tried them all. I wish I’d have tried Black Tie first! They’re the best shop in town by a wide margin.”

“Amazing customer service and professional! Quentin and Cameron were very courteous and kind. They were able to schedule me for oil change last minute. Even provided transportation to and from house. Its refreshing to see such professional and customer service from a business. Highly recommend Silver Lake Auto and Tire!”
