Deli Door closed way too often. Great idea for people in a hurry who want speedy checkout. Idea : how about when Deli entrance is locked how about shutting the neon sign off. Homemade sign can not be seen until you walk up to the door entrance.
I use the coupons I get in the mail . Often unable to locate products I came in the store for. I do believe Manufacturers coupons are for items this store does not have or have ever had.
Personnel working the delivery treat me like I’m a causing them to do their job. and not happy about it.
I live at Highlands , but my proximity to the store is over ruled by their issues

“My 5 stars goes to Emily in Customer Service. I haven't had time to make it to Walmart to grab a couple lunch bags for school for my kids. I only ended up finding one through the store. I asked one associate and she said they had 4 but didn't know where else to look but that no other stores in the area had that specific lunch bag. I went to the Customer Service area and the ladies up there were very helpful. Emily though knew exactly where to go and knew she would probably find it faster than whoever was on the walkie talkie. Emily was able to find it and made my kids very happy. Thanks Emily for showing what great service really is when it's so hard to find now days. She deserves a raise.”

“The Neenah Festival Foods is clean, bright, and well organized. They have a good variety of food. The staff are helpful and kind. There is a lack of organic fruits and vegetables. I think it is due to the population in the area. Bigger cities like Madison seem to have more organic foods.
There is a community room that community members can use for free. You make reservations by calling. I love that this is available. Thank you, Festival!”
