“My team has been at the Doubletree for over a month and in that time I have gotten to know the staff at the Doubletree. The GM, Director of sales and the Executive House Keeping manger have been an absolute pleasure to work with from day one. They have gone above and beyond to make this team feel welcome and at home. During our time at the hotel these ladies and the staff have made it easy to develop and foster a working partnership between our company and the Doubletree Hotel.”

“Room was to be cleaned every 3 days for 11 day stay. First day they knocked on door before 9:00 and we told them to come back later.but they never did. Ask front desk to have them do next day being they never did it. They did come in next day and replaced used towels & take trash but never made beds or swept floors. Next time they never came by and desk said it was not been 3 days since they came in. Next day they never came either, desk said yesterday was day to be done. Never sent them to do next day either. Last time they did not come either, desk said it was because we were checking out the next morning. NEXT TIME I WILL TELL THEM I WANT DAILY. Breakfast was decent with scrambled eggs, sausage & waffles. Pool & hot tub was clean but hot tub was not warm enough, in general hotel was nice & would stay there again.”

“Overall I would recommend this as a place to stay as most of my critiques are just personal preferences.
Great location, spacious room, dog friendly, mostly quiet (occasional hallway noise, but to clarify, the noise was never dog related). Service was friendly, and I appreciated the large smart TV with Netflix/Disney+ (but wish it allowed the option to sign into Paramount+, Prime, Max etc as well). They have a pool which is a big plus in my book (wish there was a hot tub but that's ok). I also wish the rooms had tub-showers vs walk in showers, but it is very convenient to have the kitchenette with full fridge and dishwasher. Lots of lighting options and wall plugs. AC worked well, some might find it loud but I personally prefer the white noise. Unfortunately the bed was uncomfortable given how firm it is and (all hotel pillows are uncomfortable) but these seemed even flatter. Free breakfast was limited, and in my opinion, not good, but it's an ok option if you're in a rush.”
“Just a couple of days trip. Convenient to our destination. Easy to find following directions from google maps.
Rooms: Our room was great for our stay. Appears to have been recently been updated. Bed was comfortable. The only thing lacking was a channel guide but I was able to get one from the front desk. The channel guide did not display on the tv, to show what was on a channel.”

“I have to say I feel this hotel was slightly under rated. I just had a small vacation for valentines day week and my fiance and future brother in law chose this hotel because of the great rates and hot tub. When we got there not only the staff at the desk were incredibly friendly and helpful but the view of everything even the pool area was outstanding. The room was incredible with a great view of the pool and clean. The restaurant next to the hotel was incredible. Already have plans for summertime. I think this hotel needs to at least be a 4 star hotel. Not a 3 star.”

“Great place to stay for business meetings…located near the airport as wel as business in Appleton…Rooms are neat & tidy, with mini kitchen-stove/dishwasher & utensils, ample parking space available…cleaning staff doing great job, keeping the rooms squeaky clean..reception staff is not that great as per my opinion, not so good vibes from reception as such..
Hotel has a laundry-washer & dryer…small gym with limited equipment in place…
Overall, good spot to stay for a while, especially if looking for rooms with kitchen…
Rooms: Rooms are not very big but well equipped, neat & clean…
Nearby activities: Nearby grocery stores-Costco,Walmart,
Options of Restaurants & pickups.
Safety: Overall safe area,no issues as such
Food & drinks: No breakfast, except coffee”
“Fantastic rooms, very quiet hotel, slept like a log. The pool was nice, too. Staff phenomenal!!! Don't pay attention to 2star reviews. People are idiots. When I asked staff what they would do with plumbing issue in room, immediate response was move you to a new room so they could fix it....there you go. People just like to complain. Coming back to stay Dec 10.”
“Great experience. All the staff I had interactions with were kind & helpful. It was a very clean & spacious room, the bed truly was like sleeping on a cloud! Full blackout shades on the windows thankfully.Typical free breakfast spread. *Most of the restaurants in the immediate area have gone out of business, this lead to me having to purchase snacks upon check in as there wasn't anywhere to eat. Grateful for the microwave in the room!”
“At first we were a little nervous when pulling up but was extremely impressed. They staff was super nice and helpful and the hotel itself was comfortable and safe. We would stay again.”
“Staff was very friendly it's your typical breakfast up front in the mornings my only complaint is the pillows on the bed they were super tiny and made for a very uncomfortable sleep before nights that I was there”
“Clean and comfortable. It's no frills but all you need for a good night sleep is there. Fridge in room was nice. Good location close to food and shopping.Rooms: Rooms basic but clean. Coffee maker fridge. Tv was average with good Chanel selectionFood & drinks: Freddy's and Panda Express across the divided road.Noteworthy details: This is not a fancy place. It's a budget friendly average hotel. Simply basic free breakfast. Toast cereal bagels.”

“This is a Packers game day 4 star. If this was an average room in a town that isn't used for lodging after Packers games, I'd probably give it 2 stars. The toilet was ready to fall off. The TV box had been stolen so the TV was pointless. And they only gave us one towel. I've definitely dealt with worse for lodging in that area. People get to a whole new level of drunk during those games so the fact it had all 4 walls was a huge plus.”
“I was there for a celebration of life for a friend that passed away from alport syndrome. It was a very nice turn out. All the people working there went way above and beyond to make this happen. Not to mention the volunteers that helped with all the raffles for the alport syndrome benefit.”
