“I love living here. This is the first apartment complex where I have felt a sense of home and warmth with the other residents.

I love how many trees there are in the complex and that it's right by a nature trail. I know this place will be even more beautiful in Spring when all the trees and plants are full again.

The landlords are the kindest and most down to earth landlords I have ever had (it actually feels weird to call Lori and Laura landlords because they're really personable and nice) I hope they stay at the apartment as landlords for a long time.

The apartment sends out daily digest emails about the complex and general messages which I enjoy because it makes me feel more like part of the community”

“I rented an apartment at the Corners of Brookfield. I am a senior citizen. The reason for the five stars are:

1. Chris the chief manager runs things flawlessly and is detailed oriented.

2. Chris explained things and guided me
through the rental process effortlessly. I feel very confident in dealing with her.

3. Chris and the management team are very concerned about the tenant .I have had some minor health issues affect my walking. Chris got me a parking spot near the elevator.

4. Although there are a lot of younger people in the building, they were always friendly to me including their dogs, and made me feel welcome.

5. The one bedroom I rented was very clean. The layout was configured in such away that I didn’t feel confined in a small apartment.

6. The apartment complex was always very quiet.

When you rent at the Corners, you get a superb rental team whose number one priority is you the tenant. The owners are very professional and seem to be committed to doing things the right way.”

“I’ve been at State Street Station a little over a month. I’m enjoying everything about it. The management is always available. No waiting hours or the next day for a response.
The entire place is unbelievably clean ! The gym has so much to offer. The courtyard is beautiful and peaceful.
Coming to State Street Station was one of the best decisions I ever made.”

“I've lived here over a year, and I think most of the negative reviews come from the previous landlord who is no longer managing the property as of fall 2021. The cost of rent is a several hundred dollars cheaper than comparable units in Milwaukee. Soundproofing between floors isn't perfect, but not terrible - I cannot make out conversations from my neighbors at all. I have interacted with current management several times and only have had positive experiences. Quick to respond and understanding. Nice location close to downtown. Would recommend.”

“Crescent ApartmentsPros• Spacious and clean, with nice looking wooden floors and appliances• Safe – within a block of both a fire station and the sheriff’s department. Nobody’s stealing anybody’s mail or packages.• Clean – cleaning crew is cleaning the inside common areas weekly or bi-weekly, and do a great job• Staff – Jill, Stacy, Lexi, and everybody I encountered, including the maintenance guys, were super polite, friendly, helpful, and professional. Seriously, they care about doing their job right. They respond to problems promptly and are understanding during times of crisis or bad luck. They work with you as they can, and treat you like a person, and not a number.• Close to Vita gym, which you also have a free membership for part of the gym by way of your residence at the Crescent. Close to café. Close to three bus stops. Close to on ramp to interstate.• The BUILDING Cafe (not to be confused with the one across the street) is nice. It has a dishwasher, trash can, fridge, oven, sink, and Keurig coffee maker, as well as a nice couch, table, stools, and TV. It's great for inviting friends over for board games and beers. You have to have your building key to get in, so it's private to residents, and you can use it whenever you want 24/7.• Covered, heated parking.• Most of the neighbors are med students or professionals, so the place doesn’t smell like weed every day, there aren’t parties all the time, and you aren’t hearing your neighbors through the walls, as everybody pretty much works/studies/minds their business.• Close to Froedert and Aurora, two parks, and it’s a quick drive to Mayfair Mall, Pick N Save, Meijer, Metro Market, Stone Creek café, and most of these are along bus routes as well.Cons• You’ll have to get out of the block for other things to do. This is a developing area, so outside of the café, walk(ing your pet), or the gym, you gotta drive for something to do. Again, your neighbors are pretty reclusive, I imagine due to their work/studies.• Twice in the year, the trash chute (which is super SUPER convenient by the way) was blocked up by some moron trying to shove boxes down it (despite the sign saying not to do that). There’s a negative review on here that shows a photo of it, and whines about the management being responsible. Both of these occurrences happened Saturday night or Sunday, when the office is closed. Not sure how that’s management’s fault, but there you go.• Apartments plus parking is a little pricey. But I’m a very Spartan guy. My wife wanted all the bells and whistles.• There’s a pond nearby, and half of the year, it’s inhabited by hundreds of geese. These aren’t the psycho geese that attack you, but the . . . pooping kind, that load the sidewalks with poop. They try to clean them, but it’s a lot of poop.Overall, this is a great place to live. I've travelled a lot and lived in a lot of places, and this is in my top 3. It's a really nice, comfortable, peaceful place to stay. Goose poop and all.”

“It’s a hip apartment complex with a nice park next door. If you live on the west side and your windows face the dog daycare center, expect annoying barking from dawn till dusk.”

“Julia, the property manager, is fantastic! Throughout my 2+ years living here she took great care of us, from small maintenance requests to ensuring we always had what we needed. Great communication, and very fair rent. I thoroughly enjoyed living at the Fountains, and would return in a heartbeat if my work takes me back to WI.”

“Living here feels like you're staying at a resort. All of the amenities are very well maintained- the saltwater pool is beautiful, the gym is kept clean, and the community room is always welcoming. All staff are incredibly responsive and make you feel like family. I don't see why anyone would want to move out ‍”

“I think the property is pretty however there are several issues with the building structure. But this is an older building, so I guess that is to be expected. The company that runs it (now) is better than the older one.”

“Great place to live. They offer 1, 2 bedrooms, and townhouse apartments. The amenities are perfect, they have a large outdoor pool and a fitness center. I lived here for just shy of a year before I decided to move out of state. I was in a one bedroom remodeled apartment, and it was only $1300. For me, $1300 was the cheapest around I could find, everything else would have been $1500+ on my own. It was always very quiet on property and maintenance and office staff are very friendly. All my work orders were completed within 48 hours always. As a young girl living on her own too, I never once felt unsafe living here-- I even recommended a couple of my friends to move in here. Great place, location to live for the price!”

“I worked with Michelle from Northern Management when searching, on short notice, for available rentals. She was very helpful. I felt she truly cared about my personal situation and went over and above to help out.”

“My wife and I only lived there for a year due to life changes, but we adored our time there. Plenty of space to walk our dog. The amenities they offer are great. And the staff are the absolute best. They are so welcoming and kind, and always took care of us. We will miss them terribly.”

“My experience with Autumn Glen has been nothing but good!
My girlfriend and I moved in up here in 2019. My rent is decently priced and when ever I have ANY issue with my apartment I call the maintenance number and the maintenance man shows up with in 24 hours to fix what ever issue we are having, I have even had the maintenance man show up MINUTES after I had called and left a voicemail.
In the 5 years we have been up here we have never had a bad neighbor, If you take a drive through the parking lot and look at the cars you'll see that this is NOT a run-down apartment company.
As far as the reviews stating there is a lot of night traffic... of course there is you live in an apartment that has another 5 buildings in the parking lot plus every other apartment in your building and the other buildings, of course there will be night traffic”

“I've been living at Ryan Green for over 7 years now. The management was not the best but the new manager has been awesome to work with. Elissa is very helpful and prompt to respond. The maintenance guy is always quick to respond and very pleasant. The area has plenty of parking and it's very welcoming. I love the dogs area as they do a great job keeping it clean and do yearly maintance. I would highly recommend to move in.”

“The property is nice and in a decent location. I have had two maintenance repairs and they both were responded to within 24 hours. The packages are mostly secure in the Luxer box and I have not had any stole ones. My one issue is will the parking. It is annoying to have to register your guests to park each time and sometime it wills fill up on the weekend so there is no where to park. Overall I have had a pleasant experience living here.”
