“This location is convinent for getting cash on the way back from the grocery store. The ATM now allows you to select how many $50 bills you want and if you want smaller denominations. I never went inside even before the pandemic since the electronic banking is free and convinent. The branch should assign someone to police the property for litter. It is looking trashy right now.”

Zachary Bloom helped us through the process and finally got our online account access fixed. We couldn't thank him enough for taking the time and pushing all the right buttons to rectify our problem.”
“I had to redeem a couple mature EE bonds. I called first to see if it would be possible to do it at the New Berlin branch. Anthony assured me that it could be done. At my arrival, I was greeted by Anthony who knew exactly how to go about transferring the bonds to my account. Anthony also handled some checks I had and also a withdrawal. Everything went smoothly. “The two employees that I love to work with are JoMyra and Sofia. Jo has a great so funny and has a great sense of humor. When go banking I always tease her and make coffee in fun like when she says is there anything else we can do for you I may come back with yeah a million dollars in small bills or well don’t tell my wife ‘this this other fourth time I’ve been the week. She’s so much fun with her.
Sophia is so knowledgeable and professional. She handled my joint account that I have with my son who is saving for a car. She answered all of our questions and concerns. She is in charge of those upper management accounts and is very knowledgeable and friendly at the same time.”
