“I have a new very active Boston Terrier so I went to Bentleys for suggestions on their products. They were so helpful and suggested a few items. I was concerned they’d make her have GI Issues but was told that shouldn’t happen and it hasn’t. They were knowledgeable and understanding. I’ve been back multiple times and have received the same GREAT customer service.”

“I usually go to the Racine store, but find myself in the Oak Creek area more frequently now that I work in the area. I have ordered online for pickup a few times now and shopped around a bit here and there.

They usually have a decent amount of wet cat food from the brand we prefer, so that makes ordering a little easier. The app is less to be desired, but that has nothing to do with this location.

The location has been clean and well managed every time I have been there. I like the layout of the store. I can easily find what I'm looking for.

The staff at the checkout have always been friendly and accommodating. One time, I had a return issue and they found a great solution for me. I always have a short pleasant conversation with them during checkout.

I will be back again and again! I hope others do that same. They have a great team that is customer focused at Petco Oak Creek.”
