“5 stars are for Logan who provided great customer service! I stopped in because I wasn't receiving notifications. He quickly figured out why and corrected the issue. He is smart and great at his job. It's employees like Logan that make customers feel good about a business.”

“Amazing experience! The staff was super friendly, welcoming, and helpful from the moment I arrived. They made everything easy and stress-free, especially during a hectic move. Great customer service — I would definitely recommend this storage facility!”
“The people are excellent and knowledgeable about the facility. Security was a concern of mine, but that wasn't an issue at Ryan Road Storage. It's gated with your own private code and plenty of cameras. They also do several walkthroughs throughout the day. I rented a unit from them for a year, it was a pleasure doing business with them.”

“Picked up a trailer for an afternoon and the whole process went very smoothly. Pick-up was quick and the man behind the counter (Theodore maybe?) was excellent. We drove off talking about how impressive the customer service was. Highly recommend.”
