“Read some negative reviews prior to driving an hour to DHL, but had an excellent experience, and wanted to highlight the efforts of the quick, efficient, thorough service received by the in-store clerk Jason (I believe that was his name. Started w/ a J....younger guy...late 20s/early 30s). I arrived quite uninformed of the detailed process of mailing a package internationally. He put my mind to rest and took care of all the details. He was polite, knowledgeable, informed, helpful, answering all my questions precisely. I was out of there in 20 minutes max. Throughout the process, I was able to track the package via the 800 number. Those clerks were also great-providing details such as how the package passed certain ports and dog checks on its way to Europe. I would definitely recommend DHL in Oak Creek for your package needs and hope you have the pleasure of having Jason serve you.
