“Exceptional service from the employees, especially Ashley, who greeted me, asked if I needed help finding anything, and answered my questions promptly (after setting aside her task to attend to my question). I noticed that a flyer on a Levi's display stand advertised a special for "Buy 1, get 1 for $1" and I asked Ashley whether that offer still applied. While she noted that the offer was outdated, she communicated the deal would still be honored because it was still displayed on the floor. When I checked out, Ashley was present to ensure that the clerk rang up the deal.I also rate this as an excellent visit because the rest of the staff I encountered were courteous and helpful. Aisles, display stands, and fitting rooms were clean, and our returned item process (what we initiallyvisited for) went smoothly. Thank you La Crosse Kohl's staff!”

“I was worried they’d treat me weird being a woman buying men’s clothes for myself, but instead it was the *best* clothes shopping experience of my life. The gentleman who helped me (didn’t catch his name) was extremely accommodating, polite, and knowledgeable. He figured out the right size for my dress shirt on the first try in a manner of minutes (it had to be special ordered since I have short arms and the shirt that came fit perfectly). He also figured out my pants size on the first try (with exception on the length because I think I have a 25” inseam and the shortest they carry both in store and online is 29”). The hem job on the pants was perfect and I thought was reasonably priced. He picked out several ties that he thought I would like and he picked some really nice ones.I wish I would have come here first instead of JC Penney. Definitely recommend and I plan on returning.”
