“Exceptional service from the employees, especially Ashley, who greeted me, asked if I needed help finding anything, and answered my questions promptly (after setting aside her task to attend to my question). I noticed that a flyer on a Levi's display stand advertised a special for "Buy 1, get 1 for $1" and I asked Ashley whether that offer still applied. While she noted that the offer was outdated, she communicated the deal would still be honored because it was still displayed on the floor. When I checked out, Ashley was present to ensure that the clerk rang up the deal.I also rate this as an excellent visit because the rest of the staff I encountered were courteous and helpful. Aisles, display stands, and fitting rooms were clean, and our returned item process (what we initiallyvisited for) went smoothly. Thank you La Crosse Kohl's staff!”

I am in a wheelchair and so I have experienced first hand on how shops make you feel not welcome because one may be different, but at Natty West, they include everyone!
