“I was impressed by the customer service that I recieved and didn't even realize I was going to appreciate. The lady helping me, Cindi, I believe her name was, had incredibly patient and calm assistance. I was going for a quick in and out, but she listened well and even opened my eyes to options I would not have noticed by myself. From a past visit to the store I thought I knew what I would be purchasing, but with her help tried on a variety of boots and she was able to show me good boots for Line Dancing. The choice I almost made would not have been in my best interest. With her help and patience I not only left satisfied with my choice, I even learned a few things plus she signed me up as a rewards customer and I recieved a discount plus earned points for a future cash back on my next visit. Very Satified!
The store is also neat, clean, and had tons of items that I can't wait to browse in a future visit.

“The first thing I want to say is that I Buckle gets a bad rep for employees being pushy when you walk in the door. That is not the case here. I went in yesterday afternoon just to look around and maybe find a few things for my birthday. Ardiel approached me and just said hey you looking for anything specific and I said nope I am just looking around and he said ok let me know if you need help with anything, if you’re planning on trying on anything I’ll just open a room for you right away. Shortly after he just popped back over and let me know which room. After browsing in peace I went to my room. While trying things on Ardiel kindly helped me get different pairs or jeans and shorts to try to help me with finding a good pair that fit. Not once did I feel he was pushing me in any way to purchase anything or try things on I was not even there for or expressed interest in.
Going in to the Onalaska store was such a relief because you do not get this type of service at every Buckle and I just want to say thank you!”

“Was pretty well kept. Love this store but have been to others that had better selections. The boy that checked me out though just stuff my stuff in bags and stuff my grand daughters items in her basket, I moved up after I paid and took the items out and replaced them in her basket so they wouldn't be all wrinkled and jacked up! He was also very slow....maybe new to this line of work.”

“Walking into this store makes my soul happy every time. My last visit I got a beautiful new Ficus plant, a sticker and some local soaps. I love the range of local items they carry. It's a very aesthetically pleasing place to shop.”
