“Roman Auto Body recently repaired my vehicle and did a great job. Great workmanship and customer service. I'll be coming back if I need body work done on my vehicle again.”
“After years of looking and lots of disappointments I found the car I wanted at Olsens. My 1967 Mustang GTA. Fantastic folks to do business with. I drove 12 hours and found the car to be exactly as it was represented online and on the phone. Honest and upfront is hard to find! If they have your car, you can trust them. Make the trip. Thank you John!”
“This was our first time needing auto body work, and Shawn made the process clear, easy, and efficient. He handled the insurance company directly, made the repairs in a timely manner, and loaned us a vehicle in the interim. Although I hope we won't need auto body service any time soon, they provided exceptional service and made sure the process was clear and convenient. Highly recommend!”
“I have been using Reece Auto for several years now and I’ve never been disappointed. They are knowledgeable, respectful and give me upfront pricing and I always feel like they do their best to get me taken care of as soon as possible. I will continue to use Reece Auto and I would highly recommend them.”
“Awesome experience! You will love Mike and the team! They are extremely helpful with working with you and giving you the information you need!
Will always be my go to shop”
“I had a great experience this morning at Don Miller. Service was fast and efficient. Dusty was the best and very high integrity! Don Miller should be very proud of their team.”
“Went to in recommendation of auto glass shop and they were able to prep my roofline for glass replacement when other shops wouldn’t. Have a second lease on my rag-tag car’s life. Thanks A-One!”
“They contacted me each Tuesday and Wednesday to keep me updated on car repair status. They work closely with my insurance (USAA) and I will never be charged more than my deductible and what my insurance allows. Also, they did great work, which is guaranteed.”
“It looks like the damage never happened! Communication was exceptional! Estimated a couple of weeks to get the work done, called to tell me they found additional damage and were still able to complete it in about a week. Afterwards they helped take care of the rental and cleaned the car. My wife hasn't seen the car that clean since we originally bought it. Could not have asked for a better experience!”
“The job was done quickly, expertly and at a very reasonable price. I can't remember if or when I said that about auto body work.
Logan is the best!”
“Excellent care, they comply with distance, masks and all the measures established by the pandemic. I have been taking my cars to this place for many years, you fully trust what they tell you and leave satisfied with their work.”
“You will be well taken care of at Renu. Fred does all of the work on your car and communicates with you throughout the process if he has any questions. You’ll rarely find this level of service at a chain body shop. He did an amazing job putting back together my Lexus after I hit a deer. Highly recommend for anything big or small”
“Really appreciative of this Honda dealership! The customer service was great when I got an oil change. I came back a month later when I got new plates and they switched them out at no charge. Great service.”
“The technician that came to our house, James, to do the installation of the new windshield was courteous and professional. He even let my 6-year-old grandson and I watch and ask questions. The whole thing was complete in about two hours, which was half when I thought it would take.”
“Very happy with staff today working with us we had an unexpected expense increase but they still made it possible for us to move foward with the repairs and payments”
“I experienced my first accident earlier this year when I was rear-ended. My vehicle was still drivable, so I put off the repairs because the process of getting it fixed was intimidating. I had the estimate done here because it was recommended by USAA, which was the insurance covering the repair.
I finally took my vehicle (GMC Terrain) in for repairs earlier this week and they made the process easy, especially with insurance covering a rental from Enterprise across the street. Caliber communicated with Enterprise when I arrived to have someone come pick me up and get the rental car.
The original plan was to repair the lift gate panel, but when they pulled it off, they discovered that there was unseen damage. Dave gave me a call right away and was very kind in explaining the situation. He also immediately communicated with the insurance company to have them approve a new lift gate instead of the repair. Before I was even able to update family on the potential for more expenses, Dave was calling me back saying insurance had approved it. I'm so glad that he was thorough & wanted the best outcome for the repairing my vehicle.
The repair was supposed to take 2 weeks initially, and I just picked up my vehicle this evening--a full week early! I believe this is partially because of the replacement of the lift gate instead of repairing it, but I am still super happy about it.
I received updates via text every day, which I really appreciated! The entire staff that I interacted with was very responsive & kind: Dave, Kim & Sutthi. When I picked up the car, I didn't even need to return the rental myself, I handed over the keys to Kim & she said they would take care of the rest.
Caliber on Odana Rd made this process as simple as it could be after I was in an accident, thank you! You'd never know that anything happened with my vehicle after the repairs were done!
EDIT on 10/2/25:
My lift gate started acting like it was being blocked by something, but it was not. I let Caliber know via email with photos/video of the issue and they responded w/in an hour. They asked that I bring the vehicle in for a tech to look at, which I did an hour or so later. They were able to fix it right there (some bolts had become loose). Great service to be taken care of so promptly!”
