“Justin, Matt, and Chase are the only reason we’re still customers.
What should have been a straightforward phone upgrade turned into a two-day process and almost nine hours in the store because of system and permission issues between the former UScellular location and the T-Mobile systems.
Through all of it, Justin, Matt, and Chase were patient, professional, and clearly doing everything they could to help while waiting on higher-level support to unlock things on the backend. You could tell they genuinely cared about solving the problem and taking care of the customer.
Unfortunately the T-Mobile phone support experience was the complete opposite. One rep spent much of the call swearing at his computer, suggested my husband might want to handle the account instead, and then dropped the call and never called back. Another confidently assured us everything was fixed when it wasn’t. The contrast between the in-store team and the phone support was pretty striking.
In the end I did finally leave with working phones — but only because Justin, Matt, and Chase stuck with the issue and kept pushing until it was resolved.
If the systems and phone support matched the level of service those three provided in the store, the experience would have been excellent.”

“Staff was courteous and professional on the phone and in person. The tech did a deep cleaning on my charging port which seems to have fixed my connectivity issue on an older I Phone. They were able to squeeze me in on my lunch and performed the service while I waited.
I went again for screen replacement, they had 3 options. Service was courteous and the repair was completed in a couple hours”
