“UPDATE: 1-8-23Management did reach out and provided some perks to correct the experience. I was able to enjoy the pool at the times open and I always base my most recent review on how things are handled, rather than how a negative feeling impacted me, as everything is situational.Thank you for the adjustment and I will strongly consider staying here again in the future.-----------------------I was having a peaceful stay and after working 2 full long days, I wanted to relax at the pool until it closed as posted on the door at 9:30 pm, photo attached. I had just stepped in the pool to ease myself in at 9 pm, when the front desk person walks in, stares at me then approached me sticking his thumb motioning to leave. I did not respond immediately and he followed up with a verbal "it's closed." - I responded with, "the sign on the door says 9:30"He responded quickly with, "nope, it's 9" and proceeds to shut off the hot tub and started turning off the lights. I cooperated and returned to my room.Hospitality was not present with this interaction and I know he's not had an easy night when I checked in and maybe suggests a similar night when he acts like a bouncer to kick me out of the pool area.If in fact it is supposed to close at 9, they should put a sign up. Much like other signs that are taped to the door the I've seen.Customers should not be treated this way and more training is required for this person to have better hospitality communication. Be better.Rooms: My room is quite nice and quiet. Good size TV, love the bathroom setup with opposing showers and heat lamp. Bed is comfortable and pillows are also comfortable. The office desk is nice and large with enough space to set up 2 laptops and have more space to eat. Fridge has great space to fit 2-liter bottles and if you have a skinny container, frozen stuff can fit.Noteworthy details: In place of relaxing at the pool, I now have to just sit in the shower for the period of time I was planning to relax in the pool.”

“We used Ingleside for a wedding block of rooms. The rooms were comfortable and clean. We also used the Hospitality Suite for our wedding party to get ready in and I highly recommend it!!!! It's a large room with 2 adjoining hotel rooms. My husband and I had 1 room and our best man had the other room, so it was awesome to be able to flow between all 3 rooms as we were getting ready that morning. I wish I had more pictures of the space, but there was a kitchenette, bathroom, large table with chairs, and couches in the room so it ended up being the perfect hub for our party to come and go all morning as they wanted to stop by for a snack or if it was the girls turn to get their hair done. The Ingleside is a beautiful facility that made for very nice getting ready pictures before we left for the church. The only area I think could have improved would be staffing. It was extremely busy during check in and our guests stood in line for quite awhile to get checked in, and some of the rooms weren't ready. The breakfast buffet also seemed under staffed and the server seemed overwhelmed. For context, our wedding was over New Years weekend, which I know is a busy season for the waterpark so I'm sure they had extra guests that week. They should staff accordingly during those times to keep up with the extra guests. Overall, I would still book there again and really loved the Hospitality Suite for our wedding party.”

“This place was a godsend to us. We are local and needed a place to stay for a few weekdays over two week span. We had tried two other local hotels that were pet friendly but were awful. We walked in this place and we’re greeted by a very nice lady. She showed us the room before hand, they are pet friendly and didn’t over charge. The rooms comfy and clean, pool and hot tub were awesome. The best part. The breakfast was amazing. Biscuits and gravy!! Yum. Plus sausage links, eggs potatoes, and dress ups for oatmeal. Waffles, bagels and the usual other stuff you find at a few breakfast. They put the extra touch on breakfast. I only gave 3 stars on rooms because they seem a little dated and the painting wasn’t professional. Also no USB plug ins so bring an electric charge block. The great breakfast brought them to a final of 4 stars. We will be back if needed and when family is in town we will send them to this hotel. Also tons of stores, restaurants, grocery stores to choose from. Easy on and off freeway too. I should have taken pictures of breakfast.Noteworthy details: Breakfast is 100% better than most.”

“Great hotel. Family friendly and awesome pool. Open bar from 5-7 is a great perk. We'll definitely return when visiting family again. Also, super dog friendly.”
