“The guys at this store jaylin and his coworker were absolutely the only good part of tmobile. They excelled when 3 other stores completely failed. I still switched back to my previous carrier but these 2 were instrumental in redeeming the remaining few hours of my miserable 10hr tmobile experience”
“We originally went to the Brookfield location looking to switch providers and mainly get a lower phone bill. We left being offered a higher phone plan if we traded in our phones. At the Waukesha location, we got help immediately with getting set up with a much cheaper phone plan if we kept our phones. We were happy to save money and feel heard. I highly recommend to go to this location over the standard branch locations for USCellular if you are looking for honest help. They truly care and will listen and help you with whatever your goal may be with your phone plan or phones. We will stick with driving further to this location over the branch location any day.”

“Arrange to buy new phones transferring over from T-Mobile. There was a lot of malware that was stuck inside my T-Mobile phone I felt I needed a new start with a new company. “New customers and couldn't be happier with the service and experience! We did the dreaded cell phone service switch with all new phones. We have NEVER had a good experience with this! Madison in the Pewaukee office changed that for us. She was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, kind and actually made our experience fun! Who knew that was possibly! All our phones were upgraded with no issues. Madison even helped a couple weeks later with our daughter who was away at college, thank goodness for facetime:-) The day we came in Madison was training Jacob and Travis (who were fantastic as well), she was awesome with them! I think they will be great employees too! Thanks Madison for making a typically yucky experience much more enjoyable, I feel like we have a new friend too!:-)
