“Yesterday we stopped in to return our old phones after upgrading and turns out we had to send them back via mail which was such a headache. Despite that situation this Verizon store had nothing to do with, while trying to help us, Floyd the store manager was able to upgrade our watches with a loyalty promo for free. When we upgraded our phones last week we were also supposed to be able to upgrade our watches but the Brookfield store that we went to, failed to tell us that, help us, or explain anything about loyalty promotions to us.
Just want to say thank you to Floyd for being kind and helpful! For trying to help with an issue he didn’t cause and for finishing a job he didn’t even start. That’s customer service. Thank you!”

“New customers and couldn't be happier with the service and experience! We did the dreaded cell phone service switch with all new phones. We have NEVER had a good experience with this! Madison in the Pewaukee office changed that for us. She was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, kind and actually made our experience fun! Who knew that was possibly! All our phones were upgraded with no issues. Madison even helped a couple weeks later with our daughter who was away at college, thank goodness for facetime:-) The day we came in Madison was training Jacob and Travis (who were fantastic as well), she was awesome with them! I think they will be great employees too! Thanks Madison for making a typically yucky experience much more enjoyable, I feel like we have a new friend too!:-)
