“Wait was o.k. One clerk had to reboot his computer. He helped people picking up mail while his computer was booting up. The 2nd clerk helped the customers that were waiting to mail stuff. It was a little wait but nothing significant. Mailed a box for Thursday delivery and it got there a couple of days early, which was great. Overall it was a good experience.”

“I LOVE my mail carrier!! She (Lisa) goes above and beyond for me. She is so thoughtful, she even leaves treats for my dogs. She is a genuinely nice person!! The only time I went to the post office was during the Christmas rush and I had absolutely zero issues. And this is the most difficult time of the year to go to the post office and be on the other side of the counter.”

“The team here gets the job done quickly and efficiently. I saw some unfair reviews on here about a specific female clerk, and I completely disagree if it’s the same person. She has a sharp, no-bullshit personality and tells you exactly how it is, which I personally find refreshing and highly effective. People are just sensitive. She is perfectly nice if you are respectful in return. We actually talked about my trip and it felt nice how she responded. As for the complaints about the post office looking outdated, that is totally out of the employees' control. They are working hard to serve the Menomonee Falls community, and my service was excellent. Highly recommend!”

I had three packages that were lost - I should have called the post office sooner - once I called - two of the packages showed up the same day and the other one finally moved out of MN and is on track to arrive today! Amazing. Very easy to contact them as well. Great Job Pewaukee Post Office!”
