“Went to fed ex for copying and faxing stuff. I was so lucky to run into Claire who is at the front desk. I’m 78 years old and don’t know how to fax. Don’t have a copy machine. Don’t have a computer. I have a iPhone and a iPad. Anyway, I had important stuff to get out to an insurance company. Claire was so helpful so experience so thorough in her job. I had two hours on the phone with my insurance companies and Claire made me feel better after the two hours with them on the phone. She sent things off and as a result, I bought extra stuff that was on sale in your store. Thank you very much for having people like Claire. She’s a joy, easy to work with and definitely an asset to the company.”

“I've been to the Fed Ex/Kinkos in Menomonee Falls several times to use their self-service copy/scan/fax machines. The manager and staff person that have been there each visit have been personable and helpful. I left my credit card at home once and they were able to give me a code to use and then I could pay with cash. If you come after 5:00 pm or do you should expect to run into delivery person with large numbers of packages. This is the nature of the business.”

“UPS in Fond du Lac, WI is the one I send my boxes, etc. from. The employees are prompt and efficient. They could be more friendly though, however, they are young adults.”
“This place worked hard to make sure I got my package after another delivery location mis-sorted it. The manager did it first thing in the morning when they got there. The package was late due to another plant, but because of their work I did not lose thousands of dollars and months of time that would have been lost if they did not get this to me when they did. Thank God for these people!”
