“The customer service is absolutely above and beyond here, I can’t say enough about how helpful and friendly everyone is!!
In the past few weeks I have come into the store several times with a large amount of online shopping returns to a clothing store. I needed assistance with sending them back both via regular shipping and a method called “Happy Returns” where they have to scan a QR code and then the tag of each
piece of clothing I was returning from that order. This was along with the regular UPS returns, where they taped the boxes up for me and everything .
Despite this being a time consuming process (and me coming in like a disorganized tornado, very close to closing time, lol) Usman, Sami, Ev, Matt, and Dill provided me with excellent, attentive, patient, and the friendliest of customer service on all occasions I came in. They made the last step in what was a stressful process for me, easy and reassuring.
They have gained a lifelong customer in me and I absolutely recommend them to anyone for all of their shipping needs, they are simply the best! Thank you so much guys!!”
“All in all, I like this location for convenience and most of the employees. Song is always pleasant, kind, and helpful, love that guy! Only caveot, there is a newer employee there for the past couple months, younger guy, who just seems crabby all the time. He won't make eye contact, he just points people where to go without looking at them or saying anything. Kind of weird, can definitely make going there unpleasant if the other employees are busy. Don't know what his deal is.”
“Went to fed ex for copying and faxing stuff. I was so lucky to run into Claire who is at the front desk. I’m 78 years old and don’t know how to fax. Don’t have a copy machine. Don’t have a computer. I have a iPhone and a iPad. Anyway, I had important stuff to get out to an insurance company. Claire was so helpful so experience so thorough in her job. I had two hours on the phone with my insurance companies and Claire made me feel better after the two hours with them on the phone. She sent things off and as a result, I bought extra stuff that was on sale in your store. Thank you very much for having people like Claire. She’s a joy, easy to work with and definitely an asset to the company.”

Today, I had to drop in to ship something back for work, and needed a receipt, and Jay was kind enough to show me the self-service kiosk and print the receipt for me. “I've been to the Fed Ex/Kinkos in Menomonee Falls several times to use their self-service copy/scan/fax machines. The manager and staff person that have been there each visit have been personable and helpful. I left my credit card at home once and they were able to give me a code to use and then I could pay with cash. If you come after 5:00 pm or do you should expect to run into delivery person with large numbers of packages. This is the nature of the business.”

“This place worked hard to make sure I got my package after another delivery location mis-sorted it. The manager did it first thing in the morning when they got there. The package was late due to another plant, but because of their work I did not lose thousands of dollars and months of time that would have been lost if they did not get this to me when they did. Thank God for these people!”
“I waited outside for my package. By the time I drove my vehicle around to the front of the building the FedEx truck was coming. I was able to get my package right after the driver took the picture.”
