Very heavy package so yo go here first. They create a return label and you actually drop it off at the Ground Shipping terminal in Menomonee Falls.
After following instructions from the security Guard at the Guard shack I pulled in and a gentlemen helped me offload onto a cart and back it went.
The company got the big box back and I recieved a full refund. Smooth straight-forward process.”

The hardest part of the whole experience was figuring out how to get into the parking lot. Because of the location and its proximity to several other businesses, the route in and out is a bit bizarre. I was lucky and only had to make two U-turns before I finally found my way there!”

“This isnt a standard Fed Ex location. I was sent here from the Pewaukee Location. You'll be sent here if your returning a large or heavy package but first you must go to regular location to get labels as they do not have a typical store at this location. When you get there go to the security building and explain to the security guard why you are there. He will then show you were to go and an employee of the warehouse will help take package. Impressive operation and was in and out in a couple of minutes.”
