I go to this branch since it is close to my work so I can stop by during my lunch break and the employees have always been very helpful and courteous. “Jolene has been extremely helpful with multiple transactions. Why is it that we can go into any other Tri-City location and we get greeted with "good morning"... as well as smiles from the tellers. Here, it's like a lineup from some zombie movie. I would say you can blame management for that. Other personnel there are very friendly Over the last year or so there have been a couple friendly tellers. Don't see them there anymore. Might be that they are no longer at this location or just bad timing on my part. Wish my timing was better”

“I had TCF Bank previously, and they were bought out by Huntington which caused my accounts to be placed with Huntington Bank. I am extremely pleased with Huntington, much more so than I was with TCF. I have my personal and business accounts with Huntington.I love the features of the app so much more than TCF provided. They tell me when they see duplicate payments (like we had with Netflix) and provided an easy way to cancel one of them. They also show you every account that is coming out automatically monthly which is nice. I havent needed their overdraft protection but it seems much more client friendly than other banks. Huntington calls it "24 hour grace" which gives you 24 business hours to get the account back to positive before you get a fee.Huntington also pays me a couple of days EARLY! They see direct deposit accounts like the VA (Veterans Affairs) and release the full amount to my account 2 days before the deposit is even put in. Cant say how great this is!!!!On the first page of the app called "The Hub" it shows you a quick preview of each account, and the balance. I like how it lets me set account nicknames. Below all the account info they give you graphs so you can see your "Spend Analysis" which shows how much you have coming in each month vs. how much is going out and they categorize it.Overall extremely pleased with Huntington Bank!”

Horrible bank! I deposited $500 into the drive thru ATM and the machine stopped working in the middle of my transaction. It took my money and didn’t give me a receipt. I submitted a claim directly with US Bank twice and both were denied stating “the deposit amount was returned successfully and no error occurred”. Beware of this bank.”

“Went in on a Friday morning to cash a check. I usually go to another Wintrust bank but this one was nice. Itzel and Sarah were friendly and helpful, and the place was modern and clean. There was a coffee area too.”
