“Joyce and Shana went above and beyond to help me today! I already am a rewards member with Sephora, so Joyce had my bf sign up for rewards so I was able to get the 20% off deal on my favorite perfume! Which I thought only ulta carried but now Sephora has it! Not only that, but during check out, the register crashed and the card reader wasn’t linking correctly to the pos system so Joyce and Shana took their time to fix it, so I could get that 20% off today! I appreciated their help very much! Joyce was very knowledgeable and so kind while helping us today. Thank you again!”
“I was there today to use the dog washing station. The gentleman at the register was very helpful and very nice. The dog washing station is fantastic! And extremely nice! And of course my dog had an accident in the store. The staff was not mad or upset. I cleaned it up and on our way we went. Thank you! I'm sure we'll be back to use the dog washing station”

“I had to comment on the young man that was working at the checkout tonight. I watched him efficiently handle the customer ahead of me . She had a lot of items and he folded clothes and packaged fragile items quickly. He was very polite as well. I had a return and also had some purchases. He handled all of that very well. I told him I was going to tell the manager what a wonderful job he did! I believe his name was Jacob. I was in the store around 5 :15 pm on May 18th…what a polite and pleasant young man. He made such a wonderful impression on me I just had to let you know!
