    “Joyce and Shana went above and beyond to help me today! I already am a rewards member with Sephora, so Joyce had my bf sign up for rewards so I was able to get the 20% off deal on my favorite perfume! Which I thought only ulta carried but now Sephora has it! Not only that, but during check out, the register crashed and the card reader wasn’t linking correctly to the pos system so Joyce and Shana took their time to fix it, so I could get that 20% off today! I appreciated their help very much! Joyce was very knowledgeable and so kind while helping us today. Thank you again!”

    “This is a well stocked, COVID-aware store -- unlike everywhere else in the Northwoods where very few are practicing social distancing and wearing masks. And I appreciate that. Regarding their products, their shelves are full -- which I'm not used to coming from Los Angeles -- and associates are helpful. If you think this store is "bad" you are luckily a bit spoiled. Shopping here was a pleasant surprise compared to what I normally experience.”

    “I had to comment on the young man that was working at the checkout tonight. I watched him efficiently handle the customer ahead of me . She had a lot of items and he folded clothes and packaged fragile items quickly. He was very polite as well. I had a return and also had some purchases. He handled all of that very well. I told him I was going to tell the manager what a wonderful job he did! I believe his name was Jacob. I was in the store around 5 :15 pm on May 18th…what a polite and pleasant young man.
